PURPOSE:To provide a method for obtaining aroma-rich and, tasty water- extracted coffee in a simple and convenient way even in a common family, and to provide a device therefor. CONSTITUTION:Coffee powder is put into a vacuum vessel 3, which is then evacuated by a vacuum pump 1, followed by injecting the vessel 3 with a specified amount of water from a water container 6, and then returning the pressure in the vessel 3 to the atmospheric pressure. Then, the vessel 3 is evacuated again to a vacuum, and in this state, the coffee powder is extracted. |
