摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a color separator capable of performing conversion by using color separating data obtained with a scanner for processing and making the color analysis data capable of improving characteristic gradation expression power. CONSTITUTION:A coordinate axis vector operation means 52 for calculating an oblique coordinate system coordinate axis vector including color of all picture elements of a manuscript image on the basis of each color density of color separating data of the manuscript image from an inlet scanner 1 and a special color component operation means 53 for calculating a special component expressing each color density of the color analysis data in an oblique coordinate system are constituted. Thereby, data color-separated into four CMYK colors are reproduced in three characteristics.
