PURPOSE:To provide the efficient manufacturing method of a formed hose having connecting fittings at both its ends, by which the changing work of the fittings or the like can be omitted, since the connecting fittings mounted at forming can be used they as they are in product after forming, the predetermined bent shape can be formed without employing a mandrel and the inner surface layer has no wrinkle, since no mandrel is employed. CONSTITUTION:Vulcanized hose 1 is cut to necessary length for obtaining hose main body 1a. When the hose main body 1a is intended to be formed into the predetermined bend shape, connecting fittings 6a and 6b, both of which are to be clampingly installed to a product, are installed at both the ends of the cut hose main body 1a and, at the same time, a blank plug 7 is installed in advance in the fitting at one end. Under the state just mentioned above, pressurizing fluid with the predetermined pressure is encapsulated in the hose main body 1 so as to heat, shape and, after that, cool the main body, resulting in allowing to manufacture a formed hose without especially employing a mandrel or the like. In addition, the formed hose having the connecting fittings 6a and 6b at both its ends can be efficiently manufactured without development of wrinkle on its resin inner surface layer 2. |
