<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic wave type proximity sensor which can radiate electromagnetic wave at a stabilized frequency. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic wave radiation/disturbance detecting section is constituted by separating a high frequency oscillation circuit including a GaAs FET 20a, an oscillation coil 20b, and the like, and an antenna 20j for radiating electromagnetic wave and receiving reflection wave thereof. Since radiation of electromagnetic wave and reception of reflected wave are carried out through the antenna 20j installed independently from the high frequency oscillation circuit, disturbance due to jamming wave is prevented from entering directly into the high frequency oscillation circuit.</p> |
