PURPOSE:To enable detection reduced in wrong information without being affected by the thickness of an inside insulating layer and the amt. of a fluorescent substance by using the inside insulating layer weak in the quantity of the fluorescence generated with respect to an outside insulating layer emitting fluorescence by a specific exciting light. CONSTITUTION:An outside insulating layer 2 having metal foil 1 bonded thereto is formed by curing a prepreg obtained by impregnating a base material with a resin varnish and curing the impregnated base material and has a property emitting fluorescence by a specific exciting light. An inside insulating layer 3 is formed, for example, by reducing the content of a fluorescent substance or using resin varnish containing no fluorescent substance in order to reduce the quantity of the fluorescence generated by a specific exciting light. By this constitution, the generation quantities a-c of fluorescence to the exciting lights X, Y, Z reaching a circuit pattern 5 become the order of a>b>c. |
