PURPOSE:To eliminate interference between discharged cooling air and main stream operating gas and improve the stage seal of a stationary blade by discharging cooling air, flowing through a cooling chamber at the rear edge of the stationary blade, toward the base seat side face of a moving blade adjacent to the stationary blade from the tip of the stationary blade. CONSTITUTION:A moving blade 1 is held to a rotor 3 on the rotating side, and a stationary blade 2 is held to a casing 4 on the fixed side. The stationary blade 2 is disposed between an outer peripheral wall 5 and an inner peripheral wall 6. The inner peripheral wall 6 is provided with a partition plate 7 disposed in a gap to the rotor 3 so as to separate the upper reaches from the lower reaches. Cooling air is led into a cooling chamber 2f in the stationary blade 2 from a lead-in hole 5a disposed in the outer peripheral wall 5. In this case, cooling air after cooling is discharged from a discharge hole 6a disposed in the inner peripheral wall 6, that is, discharged between the tip of the stationary blade 2 and a base seat 8 in the moving blade 1 adjacent to the rear stream side of the stationary blade 2 from the rear stream side face of the inner peripheral wall 6 at the tip of the stationary blade 2.
