PURPOSE:To provide the automatic finishing method for the slide fastener for airtight sealing and waterproofing which automates finishing by mechanizing the operation to pass the slider of the slide fastener for airtight sealing and waterproofing. CONSTITUTION:This automatic finishing method for the slide fastener for airtight sealing and waterproofing consists in meshing gear-shaped supply rolls 11, 12 with tooth clamping elements for mounting tooth meshing elements to a waterproof fastener tape, transferring left and right slide fastener chains 1, 1 to insert and mount the slide fastener chains 1, 1 into the sliders 2 supplied to and standing by on the transfer lines of the slide fastener chains and cutting the slide fastener to a prescribed length, then discharging the fasteners as products. |
