PURPOSE:To provide a method for solubilizing a compound having mercapto group or thionic group to be added for improving ink accepting property without damaging the ink accepting property and without using solvent, in a planographic plate using image silver as the ink accepting property. CONSTITUTION:In a compound having mercapto group or thionic group, at least one kind or more amine compound is mixed. As occasion demands, other additive is added to the mixed liquid. Thus, the compound having the mercapto group or the thionic group can be solubilized without using solvent and without damaging ink accepting property.
