<p>PURPOSE:To provide a forming machine for elastic bodies having oriented short fiber blended therein, which successively press-bonds elastic sheet bands cut into every predetermined dimension, and can make them integrated positively to render the mass production possible for them. CONSTITUTION:On upside at the right end of the main body 11 of a forming machine 10, a pair of forwarding rollers 12, 13 are disposed rotatably, and on the downside thereof, a guide device 14 comprising a guide board 14a and a guide body 14b is disposed to guide a rubber sheet 1. A shearing blade 15 is secured on the lower end corner part at the inside of the guide body 14b. A shearing blade 16 for cutting the rubber sheet 1 in cooperation with the shearing blade 15 is disposed horizontally reciprocally along the lower surface of the guide board 14a, the lower surface of the shearing blade 15 and the upper surface of a horizontal guide table 11a. Viewing from the side part, a rectangular resistant board 25 is arranged in a manner capable of approaching and separating with respect to the lower surface of the shearing blade 15.</p> |
