<p>PURPOSE:To simplify installation work while enhancing reliability of an underground searching system. CONSTITUTION:The underground searching system 30 comprises an antenna section 32 constituted of a transmitting antenna and a receiving antenna disposed on the front face of an antenna fixing plate 36. A transmitting/receiving section 34 having an electronic circuit 58 comprising a transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit is disposed on the back side of the antenna section 32 through a radio wave absorbing material 42 and a metal shielding plate 64.
