<p>PURPOSE: To provide a heating and ventilating apparatus for supplying air at a cabin bottom part to be at respectively different temperatures at the level of the legs of a driver and a front passenger by providing a blowing out port at the base part or a measuring instrument plate of the windshield of an automotive vehicle so as to blow air at a uniform temperature. CONSTITUTION: The heating and ventilating apparatus is provided with a housing 14 having a fresh air inlet duct 16, and blowing dusts 18, 20, 22 respectively for preventing a windshield 28 from freezing, for air ventilation at the level of a facia 58 and for heating a cabin bottom part. A means 50 for regulating air temperature is provided each of both separates halves obtained by dividing the housing 40 by a central bulkhead 30 and at least a part of the bulkhead 30 is extended into each duct 18, 20, 22 to feed out air at temperatures different at the right half part and the left half part of the cabin. The apparatus is provided with mixer members 62, 64 into a deicing duct 18 or a main blowing duct 20. Then, air flows blown out from each halves of the housing 14 are mixed to make uniform the temperature of air blown out from the blowing ducts.</p> |
