The device transmits series data to an LED module driver to bring the effects of left-to-right scroll function and reduction of data line. The device comprises a scrol controller (11) for controlling the scroll function by shifting the initialized address, an address driver (12) for specifying the memory address, a basic module specifier (13) for controlling the address driver, a latch enable signal generator (14) for generating the latch enable signal of the LEd module driver, a display data memory (15) for outputting the parallel data by the control of the address driver, a parallel-serial converter (16) for transmitting output data to a matrix LED module driving device (17).
