<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and perfectly issue emergency communication by prohibiting the use of an outer line by another terminal equipment when the emergency communication is issued. CONSTITUTION:This processor is comprised in such a way that use prohibition signal transmission means 11, 12, and 26 which transmit an outerline use prohibition signal PRO to all other terminal equipment via an inner line 51 when the emergency communication is issued to the terminal equipment 10 provided with an emergency communication function, and a use prohibition state storage means 13M which stores the reception of the outer line use prohibition signal PRO, and data transmission prohibition control means 11, 12 which prohibit data communication performed via the outer line 57 including host equipment from its own under the condition that a use prohibition state is stored are provided at each of all other terminal equipment, and only the terminal equipment can occupy the outer line 57 when the emergency communication is issued from the terminal equipment provided with the emergency communication function.</p> |
