PURPOSE:To improve appearance, packaging property, etc., in a luminaire in which a globe can be removed by operating a latch mechanism by an operation lever by providing an ornamental part at the globe, and providing the ornamental part with a cut part to face the operation lever. CONSTITUTION:A globe 6 is provided to cover a lower surface of an apparatus main body 1, and the globe 6 is detachably engaged with a latch mechanism 10 to be supported. By operating the latch mechanism 10 through the operation lever 13, engagement of the latch mechanism 10 with the globe 6 is released to remove the globe 6 from the apparatus main body 1. An ornamental part 25 to cover an outer circumference of the apparatus main body 1 is provided at the globe 6 and a cut part 27 facing the operation lever 13 is provided in part of it. When the globe 6 is installed on the apparatus main body 1, therefore, the operation lever 13 is covered with the ornamental part 25 to make favorable appearance. In containing it in a packaging box the apparatus can be contained easily and effectively without the operation lever 13 being caught. |
