PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic focusing camera which hardly fails to focus even at a remote-control photographing time. CONSTITUTION:This is the automatic focusing camera provided with a remote controller which can execute release from a distant place. Besides, a range- finding means provided pith a multiple range-finding function executing the range-finding of objects in plural areas, a range-finding mode switching means alternatively selecting the spot range-finding for executing the range-finding of one area out of the plural areas or the multiple range-finding for executing the range-finding of two or more areas and a control means which makes the range-finding means execute the multiple range-finding regardless of the range- finding mode selected by the range-finding switching means at a release operation time by the remote controller are provided. |
