PURPOSE:To reduce the voltage loss at a contact to improve the performance of a relay by giving a contact function to an FET and making the gate voltage higher than the drain voltage to allow the FET to operate in the saturation area. CONSTITUTION:When a base voltage VS of a transistor TR 33 rises, a voltage VL of a signal input terminal 29 falls, and a trigger circuit 26 is operated. Then, a voltage Vb of a DC power source 30 at a terminal 27 is supplied to a double voltage circuit 23 and a power supply circuit 25. The circuit 25 supplies a constant voltage to an oscillator 24 and drives the circuit 23 with a prescribed frequency to raise the voltage from the circuit 26 twice or more the gate of. An FET 22 is controlled by the output voltage of the circuit 23, and the voltage drop between the drain and the source of the FET 22 becomes a minimum value. The voltage Vb is lowered by this drop, and an output voltage V0 is outputted to a load 31 to turn on an electronic relay part 21. Meanwhile, when the base voltage of the TR 33 falls, the output of the circuit 23 is lowered, and the FET 22 is turned off, and the relay part 21 is turned off. |
