PURPOSE:To prevent the decline of the conversion accuracy of an A/D converter due to a large current driving circuit in a microcomputer with a built-in A/D converter and a built-in large current driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The A/D converter 102 and the large current driving circuit 105 are incorporated and a control circuit (CPU 101) for turning the operation of the large current driving circuit 105 temporarily to a non-driven state during A/D conversion using an A/D conversion status signal 104 for indicating that the conversion operation by the A/D converter 102 is under execution is provided. |
