PURPOSE:To detect discordance and abnormality of a pattern which cannot be detected by a pattern coincidence circuit. CONSTITUTION:A shift register 1 outputs a receiving data signal 11 as a parallel output by a receiving clock signal 12, and a comparator 2 compares the output of the shift register 1 and an expected value, and when the output of the shift register 1 coincides with the expected value, a coincidence signal 13 is outputted. A period generation counter 4 loads inputs an output of the comparator 2, generates a period signal 15 at a timing of a receiving clock signal 12, and a gate circuit 5 inputs an output of the period generation counter 4 and an inversion signal of the output of the comparator 2. When the coincidence signal 13 is not outputted from the comparator 13, and only the period signal 15 is outputted, the gate circuit 5 outputs a discordance signal 16. |
