PURPOSE:To increase an operable frequency of the switching of a series type switching regulator circuit and reduce the size of the switching regulator circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a DC-DC converter, a driving circuit 2 and a signal transferring circuit 4 are provided. By virtue of the driving circuit 2, a MOS-FET 1 can be driven directly from a PWM controlling circuit 3, using the potential of the ground side of an input power supply as a reference potential. Also, by virtue of the signal transferring circuit 4, the feedback signal of the output voltage of the DC-DC converter is transferred to the PWM controlling circuit 3, insulating the feedback signal with a photo-coupler 5. |
