PURPOSE:To always make the copy of stable image quality without necessitating the request of maintenance. etc., of a user by providing a means detecting the life of a copy lamp and transmitting the fact to a host computer. CONSTITUTION:Copying devices 1 provided on plural user sides have copying machine main bodies 2 and communication systems 3. On the other hand, on a service station side, a modem 4 and a host computer 5 are provided. The CPU of the copying machine main body 2 decides whether the voltage of the copy lamp is at a limit value or not, and when the voltage is at the limit value, the maintenance call of the copy lamp is transmitted to the communication system 3. Moreover, when a count value exceeds a specific number, the CPU transmits the maintenance call of a photosensitive drum to the communication system 3, as well. When the CPU of the communication system 3 receives the maintenance call, the CPU transmits it to the host computer 5 of the service station. |
