PURPOSE:To grasp the progressive state of a production line, and to easily and quickly execute manufacturing instruction schedule in accordance with the progressive state of the production line and the alteration of a standard production plan. CONSTITUTION:In a production control system, a production plan making worker generates a production schedule data file constituted so as to include a product name, the date of the day of requirement, quantity, etc., as items and a manufacturing instruction data file constituted so as to include a product instruction number, the product name, the quantity, a manufacture starting day, a manufacture completing day, and progress as the items by using a man- machine interface 13, and stores them in a storage device 12. Then, a data processor 11 gives a manufacturing instruction to the production line 4 on the basis of these production schedule data file and the manufacturing instruction data file, and updates the manufacture completing day and the progress in accordance with the progressive state of the production line 4, and alters the contents of production plan data on the basis of the manufacturing instruction data file after update. |
