<p>PURPOSE:To enable a printed board to be accurately and firmly fixed to a core high in workability by a method wherein a projection and a hole are provided to the core and the printed board respectively at positions where they are aligned with each other, and the projection is fitted into the hole. CONSTITUTION:Projections 2a are provided to the face of a core 2 where a printed board 5 is bonded, and holes 5a are provided to the bonding part of the printed board 5 bonded to the core 2 so as to conform to the projections 2a. A stepped part 2b where the end of the printed board 5 is bonded is provided to the rear of the part of the core 2 where the printed board 5 is bonded. When the printed board 5 is bonded to the core 2, adhesive agent is applied onto the face of the stepped part 2b of the core 2, and then the projections 2a of the core 2 are fitted into the holes 5a of the printed board 5. Therefore, as an aligning jig which adjusts the core 2 to the printed board 5 in position is not required, a rotary transformer of this design can be lessened in jig cost, improved in workability, and shortened in process tact.</p> |
