<p>PURPOSE:To provide a defect inspecting method for an inside surface organic coating film layer of a seamless metallic can which can be applied to one hundred percent inspection and a defect inspecting device by which the one hundred percent inspection can be carried out automatically at high speed. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive brush 10 whose tip part vicinity can contact with the whole inside surface of a seamless metallic can 11 is inserted in the metallic can 11, and an electrode piece 30 is contacted with an opening part end surface 1a of the metallic can. While impressing high pressure direct current voltage between the electrically conductive brush 10 and the electrode piece 30, the electrically conductive brush 10 and the metallic can 11 are rotated relatively, and a defect of an inside surface organic coating film layer is discriminated according to an electric current flowing between the electrically conductive brush 10 and the electrode piece 30.</p> |
