PURPOSE:To obtain automated guided vehicle equipment which is charged by a transfer station and for which a transfer operation can be executed even in the process of charging. CONSTITUTION:A charging device 6 having a stabilizing power source 10 is provided for a transfer station. An automated guided vehicle 1 is stopped at the transfer station and a battery 2 is charged by the charging device 6, while a drive part 16 of the automated guided vehicle 1 is connected to the stabilizing power source 10 of the charging device 6 by a selector switch 17. Since a transfer device is made to operate by the stabilizing power source 10 in the process of charging of the battery 2 of the automated guided vehicle, according to this constitution, a charging current is not consumed and fluctuation lessens. Thereby movement of the automated guided vehicle for charging is dispensed with, a transfer operation can be executed in the course of charging, a rate of operation is improved, the fluctuation of the charging current is little and a charging operation is made efficient. |
