CONSTITUTION:The circuit board is constituted of an insulating board 1 made of a glass ceramic material, and thin film wiring layers 2, 6, 7 made of one kind of material selected from aluminum, nickel, or alloys thereof and formed on the surface of the insulating board 1. |
