PURPOSE:To make it possible to optionally pan and photograph coference attendants sitting around a round table. CONSTITUTION:A fixed lower case body 10 rotatably supports a center case body 12. An upper case body 14 is freely supported on the case body 12. The case body 12 is rotationally driven by a pulse motor consisting of a parmanent magnet 26 built in the case body 12 itself and a stator coil included in the case body 10. A rotary transformer 32 contactlessly supplies power from the case body 10 to the case body 12. An output from an image pickup element 38 is processed by a video processing circuit 40 and then modulated to an optical space propagating signal by a modulation circuit 42. The circuit drives a light emitting element 44 and the output of the element 44 is received by a light receiving element 52 and demodulated by a demodulating circuit 54. The video signal of a photograpahed image is outputted from a video output terminal 20. |
