PURPOSE:To obtain the stabler and brighter color filter by obviating the deterioration in colored layers or the degradation in light transmittance by th change of the properties of a ground surface conductive film in the electrodeposition stage at the time of production. CONSTITUTION:This color filter is constituted by providing a transparent conductive film 2 on a transparent substrate 1, forming picture elements 3a contg. resins and coloring components thereon and further providing a transparent electrode layer 3c on the surface thereof. The resins are formed of a compsn. contg. a copolymer of methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate as well as dipentaerithritol pentaacrylate. |
