PURPOSE:To provide a tomographic image photographing device by which a tomographic image of a material to be inspected can be reconstructed accurate ly with excellent image quality under a photographing condition when projected data is collected. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray is radiated to a material to be inspected on a sample stand 13 from an X ray generator 12, and projected data on the material to be inspected being obtained by detecting the X-ray after passing through the material to be inspected by means of an X-ray detector 14 is collected, and is stored in an X-ray projected data collecting device 1. After a photographing condition containing a projected direction, projected beam width, an projected data interval, the collected number of projected data and a collecting position is stored when the projected data is collected, a tomographic image of the material to be inspected is restructured from the projected data stored in the X-ray projected data collecting device 1 according to this stored photographing condition. |
