<p>PURPOSE: To fabricate a low height connector, which is integral with a printed circuit board by forming a female D-shell connector with a plurality of plated through-holes by molding a D-shaped block having a leaf channel in a portion of a board. CONSTITUTION: An insulating D-shaped block 14, through which a plurality of plated through-holes 22 are bored, is molded by molding a portion of a three- dimensional circuit board 10. A leaf channel 38 is provided between two lines of the through-holes 22, and a block 14 corresponds to the movability of the board 10. With this constitution, a plated female D-shell connector with a relatively low height is formed, integral with a printed circuit board.</p> |
