PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized eddy-current coupling improved so as to generate large free-running force. CONSTITUTION:When an input shaft 2 is turned, a planet gear 14 revolves while rotating on its own axis along the internal teeth 9a of an internal gear 9 by the relative rotation of the input shaft 2 and an output shaft 3, and a sun gear 20 and a support 17 are tuned to a cylindrical body 8 at rotational angular velocity remarkably larger than the relative rotation of the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3. Eddy currents by the line of magnetic force of a magnet 25 are induced in an eddy current plate 21 at the time of large relative rotation between the support 17 and the cylindrical body 8 at that time, and large free-running force making the output shaft 3 run freely to the input shaft 2 is generated between the cylindrical body 8 and the support 17 by the eddy currents.
