PURPOSE: To bring a semiconductor diode laser into good thermal contact with a supporting plate and prevent an unnecessary temperature rise of a diode laser by providing a space in a foil on a supporting plate and arranging a diode laser in the space. CONSTITUTION: An electric insulation medium 5 is provided in a supporting plate 1. The electric insulation medium 5 is constituted of a fine stripe-like flexible foil and the foil is provided with insulating conductors 6, 8 of the form of conductor tracks 6, 8. The flexible foil 5 is extended outside, and yet on the supporting plate 1. It is fixed on the supporting plate 1, a space 20 is provided in the supporting plate 1 and at least one diode laser 2 is arranged there. Since the space 20 is provided in the foil 5 and the diode laser 2 is arranged in an inside thereof, the semiconductor diode laser 2 comes into good thermal connection with the supporting plate 1, thus realizing good heat dissipation. The diode laser 2 does not produce an unnecessary temperature rise. |
