PURPOSE: To improve a sealing characteristic and conductivity in a wide temperature range by mixing a cross-linkable polymer, a cross-linked polymer and specific conductive grains for cross-linking them. CONSTITUTION: 60-75wt.% silver grains of about 15μm in grain diameter without an oxide layer, and 40-25wt.% of silver coated mica of 44μm or less in grain size and 4.5-6.8g/cm<3> in density are mixed to obtain conductive grains. A cross- linkable polymer, a cross-linked polymer and the conductive grains are mixed in an inert gas atmosphere inside a closed container and then are cross-linked chemically.
