<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic circuit board provided with resistors which permits high density mounting and downsizing. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic circuit board is constituted of ceramic boards 98, 99, a resistor 3 formed on the surface of the ceramic board 98, and via holes 90-93 made through the ceramic board 98. The resistor 3 is formed immediately above the via holes 90, 91 and connected directly with a conductor 5 in the via holes 90, 91.</p> |
