The apparatus includes a motor, a driving pulley rotating at ± 180o, a dog protrudently installed on the driving pulley, a sensor positioned on the circumference of the driving pulley for sensing the original position of the driving pulley, a driven pulley rotating over ± 180o when the driving pulley rotates at ± 180o, and a rotation shaft rotating over ± 180o, thereby eliminating a dead zone.
