A surgical device (10) having a pair of slidably interlocking spring biased upper and lower shaft members (11, 12). A grasping handle (27, 30) is associated with one end of the interlocking shaft members (11, 12) for grasping the same and sliding the upper shaft member (11) forwardly along the lower shaft member (12). A grasping jaw member (17, 21) is pivotally connected to the other end of the shaft members (11, 12), the jaw members (17, 21) being in meshing engagement thereby effecting a double jaw opening and closing when the upper shaft member (11) is actuated with respect to the lower shaft member (12). |
