Aqueous injection solution that is ready-for-injection of a water-soluble, physiologically well-tolerated azosemide salt of an organic amide, which contains an organic solvent and if desired, a physiologically welltolerated buffer and it concerns a process for the production of such an injection solution in which the salt is dissolved in a mixture which contains water, an organic solvent and, if desired, a physiologically welltolerated buffer.
