AC voltage rectifier circuit - uses three similar diodes receiving input signal, inverse input signal and current signal respectively
摘要
The AC input voltage (Ue) is supplied to the anodes of two diodes (D1,D2) via an amplifier (VS) with an amplification factor of 1 and an inverter (IS) respectively. The cathodes of both diodes are coupled to the cathode of a third diode (D3) supplied with a given current (I1) at its anode. A second current of double this value is obtained at the common cathode, the rectified voltage signal (Ua) obtained at the anode of the third diode. Pref. all three diodes are integrated in a single semiconductor chip to obtain the same diode characteristics and temp. response. ADVANTAGE - Suitable for high input signal frequencies with precision rectification.
