A portable golf training device (10) wherein a convex mirror (12) includes a vertical line (16), horizontal parallel lines (18, 20, 22, 24), and other lines which form boxes (26, 28, 30, 32). The golfer is properly positioned while addressing a golf ball when the golfer's head is viewed in either of the two upper boxes (26, 28) relative to the center line (16), the ball is viewed in either of the two lower boxes (30, 32), the golfer's feet are viewed between the lower two lines (22, 24) and the golfer's shoulders are viewed between the upper two lines (18, 20). Attached to the rear of the mirror (12) is a collapsible stand (36) consisting of two rectangular members (38, 44) which are pivoted to the rear of the mirror (12) so as to be collapsible thereagainst, but interlock with each other when pivoted away from the mirror (12) to support the mirror (12) in a generally upright position. |
