A method and equipment have been developed for reproducing on an edible medium 10, with dyes for food use, an image printed on an inedible medium 1 such as a paper medium or the like. Suitable edible media are rice paper and sheets made from pastes similar to those used for the production of wafers and the like. (Fig. 1)
