PURPOSE:To effectively carry out continuous extrusion molding for colored plastics by continuously feeding plastic materials and coloring agents respectively to a front chamber and a rear chamber of a bisected feed hopper and by molding both the materials mixed and homogenized through a screw feeder and with a kneading extruder. CONSTITUTION:Inside of a feed hopper 23 fixed to a screw feeder 13 is divided into a front chamber 11 and a rear chamber 12 with a partition wall 24. Raw plastic materials 8 from a hopper 6 and coloring agents 28 through a constant weight feeder 10 from a hopper 9 are respectively fed to the front chamber 11 and the rear chamber 12. Those materials are then fed to a screw feeder 13, and the mixture ratio of the coloring agent 28 to the plastic material 8 is adjusted by properly choosing revolving speed of a screw shaft 13' of the screw feeder 13 since the coloring agents 28 is constantly fed. The materials mixed in the screw feeder 13 are fed to a mold 16 through a kneading extruder 14 and a measuring extruder 15 and molded. |
