PURPOSE:To cook a material to be heated in freely selective combination of heating temperature and intensity of stirring flow without boiling water by feeding air into a material to be heated to generate foam and subjecting the material to be heated to heat cooking while stirring by raising flow of the foam. CONSTITUTION:A foam generator 3 in which feed hole 3a is formed is provided in a cooking vessel 2 for housing a material W to be heated and air is fed into the material to be heated and the material to be heated is heat-cooked while stirring by raising flow of the generated foam.
