<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method wherein a dry air with high dryness is prepd. by using a simple apparatus, with an easy operation and inexpensively in a method for preparation of a dry air used in various fields. CONSTITUTION:A raw material air fed from a line 1 (which is an air for operation equipments and is prepd. e.g. by compressing atmospheric air and passing it through a heatless-type dehumidifier) is moistened once by bubbling it in water in the moistening device 2 and then it is dried in the heatless-type dehumidifier 5. During this moisturing, dust existing in the raw material air can be eliminated and it is possible thereby to feed inexpensively a dry air being clean and with high quality.</p> |
