PURPOSE:To obtain a dessert food having excellent texture and throat-though feeling and containing a fine line-like gel and syrup, especially a cut arrowroot- starch jelly-like dessert food capable of simultaneously eating the fine linear-like gel and syrup and having excellent texture and throat-though feeling. CONSTITUTION:The objective dessert food contains a fine linear gel and syrup. The gel has 2-4mm thickness of the cross section and 3-7mm width and the syrup has <=100cp viscosity at 25 deg.C. |
