PURPOSE:To obtain a sugar-free silverberry jelly capable of preventing oral odor, excellent in cool feeling and texture and useful for health, etc., by including a sugar alcohol such as multitol, gelatin, mint-based flavor and organic acids such as citric acid at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The jelly is obtained by including (A) 80-96wt.% one or two or more sugar alcohols selected from a group consisting of multitol, lactitol, sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, erythritol, reducing hydrolyzate of starch, reducing xylooligosaccharide, palatinit, a reducing branched oligosugar, (B) 3-19wt.% gelatin, (C) 0.1-2wt.% one or two or more mint-based flavors selected from a group consisting of peppermint, spearmint and menthol and (D) 0.1-5wt.% one or two or more organic acids selected from citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, adipic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid and vinegar in a solid content. |
