PURPOSE:To enhance work environment and embody speed and safety work and save energy as well by fixing a support member in a stack and rotating a washing device and spraying high pressure water to a wall surface from a water discharge port and carrying out an unmanned continuous cleaning operation for the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A washing device 10 starts water spray from the highest position of a stack shell 1, thereby cleaning the inner wall surface 1' of the stack with high pressure spray water. In this case, the washing device 10 is designed to turn slowly at a constant speed. Then, after a half turn of a swing mechanism 9. A support member 5 descends by a vertical width portion cleaned with spray water, thereby half turning the washing device 10 in the opposite direction and forcing washing operation to continue in automatic mode. After the cleaning work is over, the washing device 10 is replaced with a dust protective type television camera device which turns rising inside a stack shell 1 and photographs the internal surface 1' with the television in unmanned mode so that the photographed data may be observed and inspected on the ground. This construction makes it possible to spray high pressure water to the wall surface 1' at an accurate position mechanically and hence enhance the accuracy of water cleaning, and what is more, in a short time. |
