METHOD FOR CULTURING CELL AND REACTING ENZYME

PURPOSE:To obtain a practicable method for suppressing the activity in which the proliferation of a cell is simply suppressed in a noncontact state in culturing the cell or the activity of enzymic reaction is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 is installed around a culture vessel 2 or a reactional vessel and an AC magnetic field at >=2mT magnetic field intensity and 5-60 Hz is applied thereto. Thereby, the proliferation of a cell or the activity of the enzymic reaction can efficiently be controlled with a small electric power and the noncontact control of the activity can be carried out.
