PURPOSE:To improve the stability and light resistance by allowing a writable recording layer having a light reflecting layer to contain a specific cyanine pigment and a specific benzotriazole compound. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer 12 having a light reflecting layer 13 contains one or more kinds of cyanine pigments expressed by formulae I, II and a benzotriazole compound expressed by a formula III. The benzotriazole compound is contained 5-50 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the cyanine pigment. In the formulae, R1-R5 indicate alkyl groups having 1-8 carbons, and R6 is halogen, an alkyl group. R5 may be hydrogen or a substituted alkyl group. At the same time, X is a counter ion such as ClO4<->, I<->, Br<-> etc. (n), (m) are integers of 0-4. When (n) and (m) are 2 or larger, the substituent may be the same or different. Moreover, a quencher of a Ni complex may be added. |
