PURPOSE:To decompose and attenuate aflatoxin containing peanut and pistachio nut and other nut grains therein. CONSTITUTION:The aflatoxin attenuating solution is obtained by blending sodium hypochlorite with a proper amount of an alcohol and a deodorant. The attenuating method is characterized by continuously carrying out a primary treatment process for making water contain in the surface of nut grains containing aflatoxin by immersing these nut grains in water, a process for attenuating aflatoxin on the surface of the nut grains by immersing these nut grains after primary treatment into the attenuating solution containing sodium hypochlorite as a substrate, a process for washing these nut grains after the attenuating process with water and a drying process for drying these nut grains after the washing process. |
