PURPOSE:To prevent heat from escaping, and to safely execute a noodle boiling work by providing a top cover for covering the upper part of a boiling tank, and providing a closing means being freely openable and closeable and having elasticity in a boiling basket insert-through part positioned in the upper part of a basket guide cylinder of the top cover. CONSTITUTION:At the time of boiling noodles contained in a boiling basket 7, the boiling basket 7 is inserted into a basket guide cylinder 17 of a top cover 9 by depressing a closing means 18 of an insert-through part, and the boiling basket 7 is guided and retained in the guide cylinder 17, by which the noodles are thawed and boiled up in 0.5-1 minute. In this case, since the closing means 18 surrounds the outside periphery of the boiling basket 7 in a depressed state, it is prevented that heat escapes from a gap between the boiling basket 7 and the basket guide cylinder 17. In such a way, hot water which becomes a low temperature by boiling the noodles descends by a convection, descends through a low temperature guide cylinder 12, and is heated again by a heating means 4. When boiling of noodles is finished, as soon as the boiling basket 7 is allowed to ascend and drawn out of the insert-through part, the closing means 18 is restored elastically and returned to an old state, and it is prevented that heat escapes from the insert-through part. As for the closing means 18, soft rubber, etc., are used. |
