PURPOSE:To obtain the food by packing a large-sized self-supporting package with a liquid food in a specific state followed by sealing to ensure the food to be adequately agitated through e.g. shaking before unsealing. CONSTITUTION:A large-sized self-supporting package 2 is packed with a liquid food 3 and a gas 4 followed by sealing, thus obtaining the objective food. The liquid food 3 may contain a solid 5, being 1000-15000cp in viscosity. The gas content of the whole package after sealing is 2 to 20vol.%, this gas serving as a cushioning material. |
